Fauvette is equipped with a 160 cm bed and a 130 cm sofa bed:

Night only :

1 person : 45 € (for one person)

2 people : 50 € (for a night)  

2 person : 1 in the bed, 1 in the sofa bed : 55 € (2 adults and 1 child)

3 people : 61 € (2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old, bed + sofa bed)

Capucine is equipped with a bed of 140

Night only :

1 person : 39 € (2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old)

2 people : 44 € (2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old, bed + sofa bed)

Family rates :

For a family of 4 people with 2 or 3 children up to 12 years old: Both rooms 84 € (2 beds)

For a family of 5 people with 3 children up to 12 years old : Both rooms 95 € (3 beds)

Visitor's tax included, effective from 1 January 2019: 0,75€/pers/night 

Breakfast in supplement: 6 €/pers

Table d'hôtes (evening meal) on reservation. Single menu from 11 to 17 €/person. Mostly organic with local and garden products.

Booking and cancellation conditions :

At the time of booking :

At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the amount of your stay will be requested (on nights only). The reservation will be firm upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation conditions :

If the client cancels 72 hours or more before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded in full.

If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be retained by Ô prés d'ici - Pascale Leclercq.

Interruption of the stay during the stay:

In case of interruption of the stay during the stay, the stay started is due in its entirety for the night in progress and according to the cancellation conditions above for the following nights.

Special case of cancellation or modification less than 72 hours before the beginning of the stay or during the stay:

In the case of COVID-19, the establishment accepts last minute modifications and cancellations of stays, if a new confinement or a restriction of circulation should be decided by the government.

 The deposit will be refunded in full in this case.
